I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of Florence with amazing views of Piazza del Duomo. The rooms were cozy and had the most breathtaking view of the Duomo. The service was top-notch with a friendly and welcoming staff. However, dining options were somewhat limited. The facilities were excellent, making my stay truly memorable.

The room had an incredible view and a super comfortable bed; The service was top-notch from the moment I checked in until I left, and they even helped me with tour arrangements. The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the vibrant center of Florence. However, being in such a busy area did mean it was a bit noisy at times. The dining experience, especially the Thai food offered, was delicious. The facilities were great, and overall, I felt the value for money was excellent.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The location is superb, just next to the Duomo cathedral, making it easy to explore Florence. The rooms offer a gorgeous view of Piazza del Duomo and are quite spacious, especially the large bathroom. The service was top-notch from the moment I checked in to enjoying a lovely breakfast. The only downside was the dining experience, which could have been better with more variety. The facilities, especially the tartines available, were great.
